Why do some projects in similar markets take off while others don’t?
Well, it’s not going to be a surprise that the main reason is your product. No matter how good your advertising is, it will not be able to compensate for a weak offer. For this reason, a weak product that does not meet the customer’s needs will not succeed in bringing your customers back to you.
The maximum that can be achieved with a non-competitive or unclaimed product is one sale. But in this scenario, LTV is doomed to be low and business is hopeless in the long term. After all, to make a sale, you most likely had to do overpromise, which is usually followed by under-delivery.
If you received leads that don’t get converted into customers, remember that these are primarily real people, not numbers (in the absence of fraud traffic). And if a person does not make a purchase at some point, you should definitely look for ways to improve your offer.
